hacking website password through open port [closed]

A website can have a lot of open port like FTP and HTTP and many more .

I TRIED THIS

After scanning my website i have found a lot of open port and i have read something about hacking a website through server open ports espacially FTP.

And i wanted to know if there is a way that can a hacker find my website username and password after they brute force a server or can he sniff or eavesdrop an ip open port even if his in another country i mean (not in my local area), cause i heard that packet traffic can be captured only in local server.

Or; just can he find my website password in plaintext through any open port .

Please help me on this; i really want to know the right answer .

i want to know only two things; 1- it is possible to find the website password and username in plaintext in any file after hacking FTP server?

2-it is possible to sniff a website traffic which not in your local area a through FTP server by using wireshark or TCPDUMP ...or other tools?

I hope this time not getting my questions closed, and if you don't understand my question i'm gonna make it clear for you can just ask me.

Thank you everyone for your help and your ansewrs i really appreciate that.
